Dear Readers,
Wisdom is living in the Infinite, who dearly loves
those who embrace His beautiful, timeless creation.
Wisdom, stodgy knowledge? Hardly! Wisdom is ecstacy!

For in her is a spirit
intelligent, holy, unique,
Manifold, subtle, agile,
clear, unstained, certain,
Not baneful, loving the good, keen,
unhampered, beneficent, kindly,
Firm, secure, tranquil,
all-powerful, all-seeing,
And pervading all spirits,
though they be intelligent, pure and
very subtle...
And she, who is one, can do all things,
and renews everything while herself perduring,
And passing into holy souls from age to age,
she produces friends of God
and prophets.
For there is nought God loves, be it not
one who dwells with Wisdom.
Wisdom 7:22, 27-28
New American Bible
____________
Wisdom lives in the future, and from there it speaks to us.
There is no such thing as wisdom of the past.
Wisdom preceded the world and wisdom is its destiny.
With each passing moment, wisdom becomes younger,
as we come closer to the time when it is born and
breathes the air of day.
Our ancient mothers and fathers, the sages, all those from
whom we learn wisdom -- they are not guardians of
the past. They are messengers of the future.
Truth can never be old-fashioned.
It was never in fashion to begin with.

Peak of Wisdom
Munificent and magnanimous one,
Lofty, aspiring like a high green hill,
Beyond the reach of mind for good or ill,
Above the thrall of getting duties done,
Blazing blood-orange, ruddy as the Sun.
Peak of wisdom, compassionate, you fill
Me dear with holy joy and bliss until
Chanting songs of praise for you is done.
You're a blue sea of mercy, grey sky of space,
Pacific as Neptune, benevolent, benign,
Bestower of grace by gaze through sight divine.
My ardour flows to your beckoning face,
I dive into my heart obeying your sign,
Melting as a salt doll in your sea of grace.
Alan Jacobs
Chairman of the Ramana Maharshi foundation;
British poet and author
The Last Word:
That which illumines our unlit consciousness is wisdom.
That which transforms the finite consciousness into
the infinite Consciousness is called wisdom.
Sri Chinmoy (1931-2007)
Indian spiritual teacher, artist, poet
